Children’s ski lessons in La Plagne Centre: learn to ski from the age of 7 with the esf

The esf La Plagne offers ski lessons for children aged 7 to 12, in the heart of the Tarentaise Valley. Taught by state-qualified instructors, these lessons are tailored to each child’s needs and provide a fun learning experience.

The children’s ski course is aimed at beginners, but also at young skiers who have already achieved the Flocon to Étoile d’Or levels with the esf.

What children’s ski lessons does the esf offer in La Plagne Centre?

The multilingual instructors at the La Plagne ski school offer group lessons for kids organised by ability level and personalised instruction for children aged 7 to 12. The youngest children can choose from the following types of lessons:

Beginner’s skiing: to prepare for the Flocon.
Flocon to Étoile d'Or: for maximum progress on the slopes.

These lessons are available from 197 euros for six sessions. To experience skiing like a champion, children can also improve their skiing techniques and discover new ones through the following courses:

Competition (from age 8 and Étoile d'Or): taking the Flèche and Chamois tests, from €213 for six lessons.
Slalom Course (from the Étoile de Bronze level): available only during school holidays, 136 euros for 3 lessons.
Freestyle Skiing Course (after Étoile d'Or): snow park and halfpipe, rails, boxes, etc.
Snowboard course (from age 8): from €128 for 3 lessons.

These children’s ski lessons generally last 2 to 3 hours and are held in small groups of similar ability, with a limited number of participants, to ensure a smooth experience.

Children’s skiing lessons in La Plagne: instruction, safety and booking

Beginner to advanced skiing, small group sizes, private lessons... To find out which children’s ski lessons to choose on the Paradiski slopes, a level test is available online.
