General questions

What payment methods are accepted by ESF La Plagne?
  • Our online booking system accepts all credit cards except Diner’s Club.
  • For payments by money order, bank transfer, cheque, or Chèques-Vacances, please contact us by email: Contact us
I can’t access the payment page after booking my lessons—what should I do?
The security level of your browser may be set too high. Please use the “Preferences” menu to lower it. It is also possible that your network is using a firewall, which will need to be temporarily disabled for the booking process.
The lessons are fully booked—what should I do?
If the courses appear fully booked, there may be two possible reasons:
  • You have missed the online booking deadline (registration closes 7 days before the course starts). In this case, please contact the esf directly — we will inform you of any remaining availability.
  • You may have selected the wrong category, particularly in relation to the student’s date of birth. Please check and correct it if necessary.
The student’s age does not match the selected lesson.
We calculate the number of months between the date of birth and the course date to ensure the course matches your child's age. The age taken into account is the child’s age on the first day of the course, not the day you place your order. This is why the message may seem inconsistent, but it is not an error. Please feel free to select another course that corresponds to your child’s age at the start of the ski holiday.
No available lesson matches the student’s age.
Try entering Saturday as your start date to check if other options are available, or contact us.
No lessons available on the selected start date—what should I do?
There may be no courses available on the selected start date, but other time slots may be offered during the week. Try selecting Saturday as your start date to increase availability. If you have any doubts about the level, age, or period, please do not hesitate to contact us.
